Synergy Projects is a construction and pre-construction consultancy with over 30 years of combined industry experience, delivering complex commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects across the UK, with values ranging from £100k to £60m+.

We specialise in pre-construction strategy, heavy refurbishment, cladding remediation, CAT A & B fit-out, and cut-and-carve projects, supporting clients from early feasibility and planning through to delivery and completion. Our strength lies in combining technical expertise, commercial awareness, and practical buildability to create clear, deliverable project strategies.

Our team has successfully secured and delivered hundreds of millions of pounds of construction work, leading multidisciplinary teams through all RIBA stages and coordinating closely with architects, consultants, façade specialists, MEP designers, and contractors. We are particularly experienced in cladding remediation and building safety, including the implementation of the Building Safety Act and High-Rise Residential (HRB) compliance.

Refurbishment

We deliver office refurbishment projects within live building environments, carefully managing the challenges of ongoing occupation, access constraints, and noise pollution. Through detailed planning, stakeholder coordination, and phased delivery strategies, we minimise disruption to building users while maintaining safety, programme certainty, and quality throughout the works.

Planning Services

Our team is ASTA Powerproject trained, delivering fully integrated planning strategies that cover the entire project lifecycle. We develop detailed, logic-linked programmes encompassing design development, procurement, manufacture, statutory approval periods, construction phases, and completion, providing full visibility of all deliverables and ensuring programme certainty from inception through to handover.

MEP Partners
